Whereas, theoretically in an online casino, it is possible to play up to 22 players, yet we are limited to one table of 2 to 10 players.
So, the goal of Texas poker is to win money by having the best hand or by making the other players fold.
The rules of Poker Holdem are easy to understand, but do not return the game easier that much. Here below are few important rules to follow up regarding the Texas Holdem game:
The enrolment of a round
• In Texas Holdem, before the cards are dealt, the two players on the left of the dealer have to get off the “blinds”.
• The player, who has the dealer’s chip called also “the button”, deals the cards, besides the appearance of the dealer, who’s in charge of the operation. The deal is done in two rounds: each time, a card is dealt faced down to each player. In the end of the deal, the players have then two cards, in which only they have such knowledge. The players have the responsibility to protect his hand, notably when he takes cognizance of his game. These two cards, the only ones that the player will receive individually, will not eventually be unveiled only at the time of the showdown.
• In Texas Holdem, when all the players took cognizance of their game, begin a pre-flop bet round that is started by the player on the left of the big blind and continues clockwise.
• After the first round, the dealer “burns” one card then spread the flop: three cards are returned faced up; these cards are called common cards, because they are seen to all players.
• A new bet round begins. The player on the left of the dealer begins to bet.
• The dealer burns a card and returns one to the centre. “The turn” will also serve in the combinations of each player.
• New bet round
• The dealer burns a last card and returns a fifth and last card to the centre called “the river”.
• Last bet round.
• The showdown: the player’s hands still in game are facing each other.
• Every player introduces hand of five cards chosen among his two private cards and the fifth card of the board.
• The dealer passes then the button to the player on the left, the one that was then the small blind.
• Another round begins.
